MOVE. Physiotherapy Wrexham

Hi, I’m Seb, a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in helping people navigate and recover from pain and injury.
I qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy with first class honours from Cardiff University in 2014. My career began as a junior physiotherapist within the NHS that same year. I completed a series of rotations within hospital and outpatients settings. I went on to become a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist, working in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients, and pain management services. From there I became a clinical specialist physiotherapist. I completed my Master of science degree in 2021 in Advanced Clinical Practice. Over the years I have assessed and treated thousands of individuals complaining of painful musculoskeletal conditions.
I founded MOVE. Physiotherapy Wrexham in an attempt to offer a comprehensive rehabilitation experience for the client.
Alongside my private practice, I continue to work as a Pain Specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS, supporting people with complex and persistent pain. I understand how pain can take over your life, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. That’s why I take a whole-person, science-backed approach to pain care, grounded in the latest research in neuroscience and musculoskeletal pain science.
If you’re ready to move beyond pain and reconnect with life again, I’d love to help.
